Maybe I filled out an i-130 and two g325a's in regards to my pending spouse visa petition with USCIS (Diablo iii Gold). I then sent the form to my immigration attorney via postal mail. She typed up the info I gave her -- but the only problem is, on my husband's G325A she listed my name as an alias used by him, that he was born in the USA and listed my SSN as one he used. First off, my husband has NEVER used my name for anything. He was NOT born in the USA nor has he ever presented himself as a citizen, and he certainly has never used my SSN.
My i-130 has been pending for 8 months now and is at my local office is this malpractice on her part? Also, she signed the forms for us. I was never asked to review before she sent them as I was under the impression she was going to send the one I filled out by hand (in which my writing was more than legible).
