I've worked in some pretty damn horrific jobs

I imagine any working person that has "Built it Themselves" have had to nut up and get it done.

I worked with my dad as a kid... the company he worked at did the nose cones on fighter jets... He'd crawl up into the nose cones, grind, dewax, lay up and finish out.

I've seen him pass out ... they would drag him out (Diablo 3 Gold)..... give him a break and he'd go right back in...... The Gov't should have given him a silver star.... eventually he lost his lung capacity.... Mother FUKERS...

Yea, I thought about trying a different type of foam.."foam board" but have since decided to go with the two part pour in place poly foam.

It is hard closed cell and I will do it right on quantity.

Figuring out how much goes where seems to be most folks down fall...even professional builders....they shove the injection spout in the hole and let it rip... I even read one article that says multiple pours in the same area is better... The foam does more than floatation (Diablo 3 Gold). It helps stregthen the flooring and stringer runs... provides sound diffuse.

I'm going to try using clear ..waxed maybe... plexiglass for the top expansion deflector to get a smooth finish for the plywood top deck to rest on.

I know....I'm looney....but what the hell.. I do not want a rough open pore foam surface to start obsorbing atmosphere right away..I even read that the cells are isolated and water should not travel like the old foams.. I even thought about making molds to seal the foam....over kill again...someone shoot me...
