Keep in mind, the tenants also have a vested interest in hearing from the landlord and feeling like they have a voice (by going to the site to assist in a good landlord/tenant/community relationship).

Really, you could spin this thing any way you want (Diablo iii Gold)- it's all in what you say that you intend the newsletter to do so that the tenants will benefit. Not so different from him giving coupons to his customers that creates the "vested interest".

That's just marketing...or being a politician perhaps.

"The 'suggestion of the month' came from John in building B who recommend we create a garden in the grassy area near the main entrance. This spring, we will be taking his suggestion and doing xyz. Thanks for the feedback, John, we'll be sending you 2 movie tickets for your idea".

There is an incredible lift for businesses that do that type of crap (Diablo iii Gold). More than the average Joe realizes.
